Referral Criteria:

• The client is a disadvantaged member of the community. The disadvantage my be in the form of financial, cultural, health or disability.
• The matter is urgent or the client is under threat of danger, either from another person or from self harm
• The client resides within the Peel region or within 10kms of it- s boundaries
• The client has been referred by another CLC and is unable to be seen by that CLC due to a conflict
• The client has a Health Care Card or similar documentation
• The client has self assessed as being either of low or medium income, based on the CLSIS criteria as follows:
  
  
  1. Low income under $500 gross per week
  2. Medium $501 - $1000 gross per week
  3. High above $1001 gross per week
• The client may also be seen if they self assess as a high income earner in relation to the above mentioned criteria, if they claim that they are under severe financial duress.
