Services:

• Free preliminary legal advice on general matters to all community members
• Extended Child Support and Family Law legal assistance, if children are involved, provided at the discretion of Lawyers
• Provides information and appropriate referrals
• Provision of free Community Legal Education to the Community
• Mediation Service
• Appointments are necessary

Referral Criteria:

• Low income and disadvantaged community members
• Telephone or in person self-referral available for appointments
• Government and non-government referrals received

Geographic Region:

• Whole of Southwest Region serviced including Bunbury and nearby towns, Bridgetown, Busselton, Augusta, Margaret River, Narrogin, Collie, Harvey, and Manjimup
• Bunbury Community Legal Centre is an incorporated CLC whose management committee members are representative of the local community
