Our aim is to provide assistance to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults and children who are victims-survivors of family violence and/or sexual assault.

Legal Assistance

We provide free legal help with:

• family violence restraining orders
• assisting victims-survivors of family violence and/or sexual assault
• protecting your children
• victim's compensation
• family law (where it relates to family violence)
• court support

Counselling

We offer free counselling:

• family violence and/or sexual assault counselling or referral
• crisis counselling and support
• short, medium and long term counselling
• support to chiludren who have experienced, witnessed or are living with family violence

Community Legal Education

Providing:

• legal education
• referral to other services
• advocacy
• education to bulid community strength and awareness of family violence
