Cost: Free service, $5 donation for legal services, appointments only 30 mins

Services:

• Emergency relief including donations of food, vouchers, emergency relief payments,
• Information and referral
• Community Legal Education including budgeting and information
• Financial counselling by appointment only
• Legal advice including family, criminal, domestic violence and general legal issues by appointment only
• Where necessary appropriate referrals to other agencies provided
• Assistance with obtaining emergency accommodation

Referral Criteria:

• Clients on low income and disadvantaged
• Referred by non-government organisations including St Vincent De Paul and Salvation Army, government organisations including Dept of Justice and DCD
• Depending on level of assistance referral may require appointment
• Clients can contact in-person or by telephone
