• Specialist Legal Service providing advice in the areas of Consumer Credit, Banking, Insurance, debt recovery and collection and Privacy
• Minor assistance and legal representation to borrowers and consumers (not lenders) in the areas of loan contracts, credit cards, mortgages, hire purchase, door to door transactions, guarantees, banking and Electronic Funds Transfer complaints or problems, repossessions, credit insurance and unjust credit contracts
• Community Legal Education provided to the Community and Community Workers
• Public Interest Advocacy
• Law reform
• Telephone Information

Referral Criteria:

• No specific referral criteria however target group low income, vulnerable and disadvantaged
• Clients referred through telephone advice line only
• Appointments necessary for legal advice
