Cost: $10 Administration Fee, $20 to $50 for preparation of court and other documents

• Generalist Community Legal Centre
• Advice in most areas of law, especially Family Law
• Assistance with preparation of court documents and forms
• Assists with negotiation and advocacy
• Facilitates evening legal service which includes advice on immigration, equal opportunity, credit/debt, motor vehicle accidents, leases/tenancy and consumer complaints
• Community Legal Education
• Limited Court Representation

Referral Criteria:

• Legal program mainly for people from culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds
• Non CALD clients with limited access to justice
• Low income and disadvantaged
• Refugees and displaced persons

Geographic Region:

• Primarily metropolitan however not bound by geographical boundaries
