At Albany Community Legal Centre Inc, we believe access to legal services is critical to creating a more just and fair society.
Free - We provide basic legal advice to any person living in the Great Southern. To assist us in helping as many people as possible, we ask clients to make voluntary contributions depending on the service received.
Any person living in the region bounded by Walpole, Kojonup, Wagin, Lake King, Hopetoun and Albany can book for an initial appointment.
Ongoing assistance will only be available to disadvantaged and at risk members of our community.
8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday and 8:30 am to noon, Friday.
Appointments are available in person, by telephone, and at outreach locations in Denmark, Mt Barker and Katanning.
Preliminary legal advice on general matters of law.
Support of ongoing family Law matters, at the discretion of the lawyer, and subject to capacity of service.
Advice and advocacy for tenants throughout the region.
Home and hospice visits are available if required.
Individual Disability Advocacy Service in the Great Southern region.
